Active aerodynamics
Your active aerodynamics applications that improve the air flow and with that the CO2 emission of the vehicle can be supported by our actuators. Next to standard active grill shutter systems, we can provide solutions for airdams, front wheel deflectors, brake ducts and rear diffusers and rear spoilers. Our Lead-Follow configuration, a competitive combination of two or more actuators provides additional flexibility to optimize the performance of your system. This system is supported by ASPICE developed software.
Active Grille Shutters
Systems that control the opening of the air intake on the front side of the vehicle for engine or battery cooling can be supported by our single actuators. When multiple openings are in play our Lead-Follow configuration can bring significant cost benefits. Controlled by our modular software that allows for easy and fast adjustment to your own software requirements.
Active Airdam
Vehicle airdams redirect the airflow underneath the vehicle to reduce air resistance. MCi supports both linear and rotational airdams, frequently with a Lead-Follow configuration.
